Ali Moazzam the CEO and managing partner is a market research/marketing professional with close to 2 decades of International research experience in Asia Pacific (Pakistan, China, Malaysia, and Singapore). He has worked with Client organizations like Nokia Mobile, Petronas Malaysia and agencies like TNS, Research International and Nielsen. Ali and Arif have been running Winning Solutions together since 2011 with a highly skillful, enthusiastic, young and energetic team in client services and operations.Besides thinking of new revolutionary tech savvy solutions for research Ali loves to sweat it out in the gym, go on off-road expeditions, and is a devoted and loving father.

ARIF JAN (late)

Arif Jan was the Chief operating officer at Winning Solutions. With over 20 years of experience in field & data processing operations both in Customized and Trade research. Arif started his career at “Aftab Associates” and worked for major players in the Research Industry namely “Nielsen” and “MEMRB”.

He had worked as National Field Manager in Nielsen and prior to Winning Solutions he was with MEMRB as GM operations. During his stay in Nielsen he headed the operations of customized research department for 6 years at regional level and then was instrumental in launching the Consumer panel at National level. Arif took the consumer panel bull by the horns and rolled it across Pakistan in over 9000 urban and rural households on monthly basis.


Zubair Ahmed Is a technology geek, having 13 years of experience in programming and designing business applications for different domains. He has perfected skills on Open Source tools and technologies.

As a researcher he loves contributing to SOA, Cloud, ERPs and Mobile Middleware challenges.


Marketer, Advertising / PR professional with broad-based experience in managing and developing strategies for brands, advertising, Market Research, business development, and customer services.

Farnaz has been working in the Brand Management, Media strategic planning & buying discipline for over 10 years.

Her core expertise lies in connecting the dots; from harnessing consumer insights, to creating effective, consumer centric advertising and communication strategies.


Joined Winning Solutions right after graduating from a Business School back in 2012 as an Intern. Thereafter slowly and gradually he has proven himself over a period of brief 4 years and now he holds a position of Assistant Manger – Client Services. .

He manages his own young and excellent team of Client Services to pull off the show successfully regardless of all the challenges that might come across.He is an Outdoor Media specialist. Manages Outdoor Clients (MNCs & Local) and coordinate closely with them and their Outdoor Media agencies on day in day out basis.

Initiated and conducted very first ROI on Outdoor media asset, and spear head the first ever Out-of-Home Ad-Ex in Pakistan. He is Key Account Manager of Proctor & Gamble Africa as well


He has been in the research industry for the last 17 years .He has a sound experience with renowned research agencies like Nielsen, Aftab Associates as a project manager and with Access Retail as a National Field Head.

He has attained immense field management experience in all type of researches across the Pakistan. He is a very resourceful and skillful person when it comes down to finding, recruiting, training field personnel and field work.

Currently he is working as a Head Of Operations with Winning Solutions and handles the operation side of the projects.
